Return Rights
- Scope and validity of the terms and conditions
1.1. The terms and conditions apply to the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the online store between a person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the owner of the shopping environment www.peetriminiladu.ee (hereinafter referred to as the online store), Miniladu OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through the online store are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia. - Products
2.1. Product prices are in euros and include 20% VAT.
2.2. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.3. Product images in the online store are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual products. - Payment for products
3.1. Products can be paid for through bank links and based on an invoice.
3.2. Miniladu OÜ is the controller of personal data, Miniladu OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ. - Delivery of products
4.1. When delivering products from the www.peetriminiladu.ee e-shop, transport costs 3€+.
4.2. Delivery time is 1-6 working days.
4.3. Products are delivered to the Customer’s Smartposti, Omniva parcel machine or box at the door.
4.4. Before placing an order, the Customer is obliged to check the correctness of the contact details provided in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of products. The Seller is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of products and any misunderstandings that may arise if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data provided by the Customer when placing the order.
4.5. The Customer becomes the owner of the goods after payment for them. - Right of return 14 days
5.1. The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract for goods purchased from the online store from the date of receipt of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the 14-day right of withdrawal) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract below.
5.2. By purchasing from the online store, the customer agrees to the following conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
5.2.1. The goods to be returned must be unused.
5.2.2 To return the product, please fill out the withdrawal application. The application should be submitted to info@peetriminiladu.ee to agree on further actions. The product can be physically returned to Vägeva tee 3 a Peetri Rae Vald.
5.2.3 We will transfer the money for the returned product back to the customer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application. We will bear the postage costs related to the return within Estonia. - Warranty
6.1. The products sold by the e-shop have a 2-year warranty.
6.2. Products and parts that have been worn out or broken by using excessive force are not covered by the warranty.
6.3. Parts that have naturally worn out during use are not covered by the warranty. - Liability and force majeure
7.1. The Seller and the Customer are liable to each other for any damage caused to the other party by a breach of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent provided for in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for any damage caused to the Customer or for any delay in the delivery of the product if the damage or delay in the delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that the Seller could not influence, did not foresee and could not foresee (force majeure). - Processing of personal data
8.1. By entering data in the online store and with the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data (name, contact phone number, parcel delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and to forward personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of goods.
8.2. The online store has the right to use the Consumer’s residential or location address to send advertising and other information to the Consumer.
8.3. The Consumer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of his or her personal data at any time, except if this is necessary for the collection of a claim arising from the contract or for the delivery of goods.
8.4. The use of electronic personal data for direct mailing only takes place if the Consumer has given separate consent for this.
8.5. Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Consumer’s personal bank details and the Online Store also does not have access to them. - Procedure for submitting claims
9.1. The online store is liable for non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects of the goods sold to the Consumer that appear within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Consumer.
9.2. The Consumer has the right to contact the online store within two months of the appearance of a defect, submitting the invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid.
9.3. If a defect appears in the goods, we ask you to stop using the goods.
9.4. The online store and the Consumer shall agree on the repair or replacement of the defective goods. The costs of the repair shall be covered by the online store.
9.5. The online store is not liable for defects in the product that have arisen due to the fault of the Consumer, which have arisen as a result of improper storage of the product or use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose.
9.6. If the product does not meet the requirements or has any defects, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@peetriminiladu.ee, stating the name of the person placing the order, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance with the product conditions or defect.
9.7. A complaint regarding the discovery of non-compliance with the requirements or defects of the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-compliance with the requirements or defects of the product.
9.8. All complaints will be reviewed and the Consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint.
9.9. The Consumer has the right to demand a reduction in the purchase price from the online store or termination of the contract and a refund for the goods if the online store is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, the online store has not eliminated the defect of the goods within a reasonable time, or the Consumer has been caused unjustified inconvenience. - Other terms
10.1. If the online store has refused to resolve the Consumer’s complaint or the Customer does not agree with the solution offered by the online store and finds that his rights have been violated or his interests have been harmed, the Customer may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Committee through the Consumer Protection Board or with the court. The Consumer may file a complaint himself or through a representative. The details of the Consumer Disputes Committee are:
